Immofinanz is back on the Czech market again. The Austrian property investment group is working on two office projects in the vicinity of the Wenceslas Square in Prague 1. Both include historic buildings, one in Jindřisská 16 and the other on Jungmannova 15. The investment will total €45m. The project in Jindřišská, which Immofinanz is beginning speculatively, includes the refurbishment of a historical building and the construction of a modern wing, designed by architects from DaM architekti. Completion is foreseen in 2013. Jungmannova 15 is still in planning.
