Construction on Tieto Towers in Ostrava has reached the top, as development of IQ Ostrava Office Park continues. The two tower buildings are 53 meters and 42 meters tall, and are named after their primary anchor tenant, which will be occupying 16,000 sqm of the 22,000 sqm the two buildings will eventually offer. The two buildings are BREEAM certified, which the developer CTP Invest estimates will bring tenants 30 percent savings on operating expenses. CTP is also working on another highrise building, Spielberk Office Center Tower in Brno.
