Prime Minster Donald Tusk said the country is continuing to develop its nuclear energy program, Gazeta Wybircza daily reports. “The growing skepticism towards nuclear energy does not change our stance on the matter, especially since 16 EU member states still want to continue their own nuclear programs or are planning to start them from scratch,” Tusk said yestarday. Poland’s nuclear plant is expected to be launched in 2020 to diversify its reliance on Russian oil and gas.
