A joint venture between Partners Group, a global private markets firm, and Peakside Capital Advisors, a European logistics investment and asset management specialist, has secured pre-leases for over 70% of the space in the upcoming City Point Targówek development. More than 16,000 sqm of the 25,000 sqm C2 building has been pre-leased by companies from various industries, with the project’s first phase set for completion by the end of the year.

City Point Targówek, part of a broader logistics portfolio acquired by the Partners Group and Peakside Capital Advisors joint venture, also includes Logistics Point Raszyn and Logistics Point Piaseczno. The Targówek project aims to provide flexible, modern, and sustainable warehouse and office spaces tailored to the needs of logistics, e-commerce, and manufacturing companies.

Building C2, currently under construction, will offer units ranging from 1,600 to 4,300 sqm. The development emphasizes sustainability, targeting BREEAM Excellent, LEED Gold, and WELL HSR certifications, making it one of the few highly sustainable brownfield redevelopments.

Most of the pre-leased space has been taken by existing tenants at the City Point Targówek industrial park, ensuring business continuity while upgrading to Grade A, modern spaces.

“The leasing success underscores our dedication to providing high-quality, flexible, and sustainable spaces that meet the demands of today’s businesses. It also highlights the strong market demand for modern facilities that enhance operational efficiency and promote environmental responsibility,” said Roman Skowroński, Managing Director of Peakside Capital Advisors in Poland.

The redevelopment of City Point Targówek is centered on ambitious sustainability goals. Innovative photovoltaic systems are projected to generate at least 25% of the park’s energy consumption. Additional features include electric vehicle charging stations, modern recreational zones, and landscaped green areas, enhancing the overall tenant experience and environmental impact.
