No To Naramowice – A cozy housing estate in northern Poznań

10 July 2024

No To Naramowice is an investment that has once again brought together investors Duda Development and Verbicom Group with the CDF Architekci studio. Six four-storey residential buildings will be constructed in a secluded, green district of Poznań. The general contractor is the company W.P.I.P. – Mardom.

When designing the No To Naramowice estate, Duda Development was guided by the values that have always guided it. Firstly, the investment should fit harmoniously into its surroundings. Secondly, buildings should be designed with respect for the natural environment. Thirdly, the most important thing is the real needs and comfort of the residents. The result is a plan for a low-rise development surrounded by greenery and located close to public transport.

The development will comprise 93 flats ranging from 30 to 99 sqm. The ground floor flats will be adjoined by gardens and the flats on the upper floors will have balconies. In addition to an underground car park, the development will have above-ground parking spaces for cars and bicycles.

The investors have taken care of the comfort of future residents by putting a lot of distance between the buildings and greening the area around them. They will also provide a convenient entrance to the estate. As part of the works on the development, they will renovate Maków Polnych Street leading to it in 2025.
The investment is being built in the northern part of Poznań, surrounded by the Naramowice and Umultowo districts. The neighbourhood is distinguished by its proximity to recreational areas, such as the Żurawiniec nature reserve and picturesque forests along the Warta River. The Morasko University Campus is also located nearby.

Construction of the estate began at the beginning of April this year. The project is distinguished by subdued colours and modern blocks of residential buildings. The open-air common spaces are intended to encourage neighbourly meetings and relaxation. No To Naramowice will combine openness to green surroundings and an intimate atmosphere.
