WING is transforming the HOP complex into the HOP Technology Office Park, a cutting-edge hub for innovative, R&D, and technology companies. This redevelopment aims to meet the evolving business and ESG needs of modern offices and the specific technical requirements of technology-intensive companies.
Located in Budapest’s XIV district on Hungária körút, the 3-hectare HOP Technology Office Park is set to expand by an additional 40,000 square meters. The existing buildings, nearly fully occupied, have undergone renovations and now feature enhanced amenities such as a new restaurant, a 1,000 m² fitness center, and electric vehicle charging stations.
The HOP Technology Office Park, which includes both listed buildings and sustainably renovated structures, will cater to the needs of high-tech tenants with features like freight transport accessibility, unique high ceilings, and robust slab load-bearing capacity. The park’s development aligns with WING’s commitment to advanced technologies and sustainable solutions.
Gábor Angel, Deputy CEO of WING Zrt., stated: “HOP Technology Office Park offers a unique solution for technology companies, providing first-class office space and specialized facilities. The park’s central location and diverse services are key retention factors for employees. We are pleased with the high occupancy rates and look forward to expanding the park further.”
HOP Technology Office Park already hosts several prominent companies, including Siemens Zrt., Siemens Mobility Kft., TÜV Rheinland, Lightware, Rolls-Royce Hungary, TK Elevator, Valeo, and Yunex Traffic. Currently, companies active in Industry 4.0 sectors occupy 70% of the site.
