The real estate development company Victoria Capital Partners, owned by Victoria Corneva, in partnership with Eduard Lucian Popescu, is preparing the necessary documents for the construction of a residential complex on the shore of Lake Morii in Sector 6 of Bucharest.
Victoria Capital Partners bought in 2022 a plot of land with an area of 3,326 sqm near Morii Lake. The plan of Victoria Corneva and Eduard Popescu is to build several blocks with 4 to 6 floors. In total, 41 apartments are proposed with a total surface area of almost 5,000 sqm, which places them in the premium housing category. The complex will also benefit from 56 parking spaces of which 14 are intended for visitors and planned commercial spaces.
“I’m not on the first project. I really like the area and its potential, that’s what motivated me, and I hope to start construction next spring. Currently, we have attracted the cooperation of the international architecture company Noga Architects, which is actively developing on the Romanian market,” declared Victoria Corneva.
