The flexible and comfortable coworking space in the building at 16 Legnicka Street in Wrocław will be the first location of this growing network of serviced offices in Wrocław. In the Infinity office building, The Shire’s tenants will have over 2,000 sq m of space at their disposal, located on the 3rd floor of the building. The coworking space at Infinity is scheduled to open in Q1 2025.

The first coworking space of The Shire – Beyond Coworking network of serviced offices in Wrocław will be arranged on an area of over 2,000 sq m, located on the 3rd floor of the Infinity office building. It is scheduled to open in Q1 2025 and Avestus Real Estate was represented by JLL in the negotiation process.

Infinity is a seven-storey Class A office building that offers, among other things, 18,727 sqm of office space, 1,561 sqm of retail and service space and a three-level underground garage with 311 parking spaces (including spaces with electric vehicle charging stations). With cyclists in mind, 128 bicycle stands have been created in an enclosed area with changing rooms and showers. The investment, carried out by Avestus Real Estate in cooperation with business partner Alchemy Properties, was built in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Excellent level, as well as WELL Health-Safety certification, confirming the high standard of safety procedures.
The Infinity office building boasts the use of the latest technology, including an innovative tenant service platform by spaceOS. Touchless solutions, tilt windows and the highest quality air filters ensure the safety and comfort of its users. Infinity also features an impressive lobby with live plants inside. The architectural design of Infinity was prepared by AD Studio, its general contractor was Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, and JLL is responsible for commercialisation.
