HOME by Zeitgeist launches apartment rental in Warsaw

In the heart of the atmospheric Stara Praga district, a new building offering professional long-term rentals “Wrzesińska 2A – Home by Zeitgeist” is being launched. It is an 8-story building located on the corner of Wrzesińska and Kępna streets in Warsaw, near the metro station and the new pedestrian bridge over the Vistula River.

Prospective tenants will have plenty to choose from, as the offer is aimed both at people at the threshold of their careers and families with children. “Wrzesińska 2A – Home by Zeitgeist” offers apartments of various sizes. They consist of 45 studio units, 33 two-bedroom units and nine larger apartments. Finishing standards include finished kitchens and bathrooms, along with household appliances. Spacious built-in closets are available in the hallways. However, there is no movable furniture, so that future tenants can customize the space to suit their needs and aesthetics. The interiors are decorated in light, neutral colors.

The windows overlook the green bank of the Vistula River, the National Stadium and the panorama of the skyscrapers of the capital’s very center. A “forest” playground has been built on the square on the Vistula side, and from here you can walk to the nearby parks Skaryszewski, Praski, and the ZOO. Nearby is a wide selection of kindergartens and primary and secondary schools, as well as facilities for various types of stores and services (50 m to the Lidl supermarket).

The place is quiet and intimate, yet well connected. It will be appreciated by those looking for a respite from the hustle and bustle of the agglomeration, while focused on the practical aspects of city life. A few minutes’ walk separates Wrzesińska from two subway stations: Dworzec Wileński and Stadion Narodowy, as well as from numerous buses and trams. An advantage is the proximity of the Warszawa Wschodnia railroad station, which allows a quick exit from the capital in any direction.

The flavor of this location is the new footbridge over the Vistula River. It leads directly to the vibrant Vistula boulevards, with a rich culinary, artistic and recreational offer. And from there, it’s two steps away from the Old Town and the gardens of the Royal Castle and the University Library. You can get there by walking or rent an electric scooter or bicycle at nearby Veturilo points.

“Wrzesinska 2A – Home by Zeitgeist” is the first of two phases of developments being carried out at the site by ZEITGEIST Asset Management. The second is a stylish, historic townhouse at Wrzesińska 2.
