The Austrian group Lasselsberger is preparing the construction of a factory in Cluj. Two years ago, Lasselsberger was preparing the purchase of a large industrial plot of land, between 300,000 and 325,000 sqm, suitable for the construction of a ceramic tile production factory.
The value of the purchase is estimated between 13 and 15 euros/sqm, respectively up to EUR 5 million
Lasselsberger also owns the Sanex Cluj factory since 2004.
