Bidli has successfully completed the infrastructure in the project in Vrskman near Chomutov, which includes 46 plots and thus creates a new local neighbourhood. The plots are available for immediate construction of a house in accordance with the valid building permit for an ecological wooden building with a layout of 4 + kk, in both storey and ground floor variants. Of course there is the possibility of incorporating renewable energy sources. However, interested parties can also choose the option of their own family house.
The Bidli project in Vrskman comprises a total of 46 plots with a building permit issued for the construction of a 4-bedroom house. Interested parties can choose from two Bidli type houses – a bungalow called Dancel with a usable area of 105 m² and a house with a 113.6 m2 living loft called Solum. There is also a variant with a larger usable area of 133 m² and a 5-bedroom layout.
“Clients can choose either to have only fully prepared plots and build their own house with respect to the issued building permit, or to purchase the developed plots including the construction of a turnkey house from Bidli. In any case, thanks to the ready-made infrastructure, it is possible to start building immediately,” says Roman Weiser, Director of Development and Construction at Bidli development, adding: “For those interested in modern, low-energy and sustainable housing, we are ready to build a wooden building from prefabricated panels, which are an increasingly popular choice due to their speed, efficiency and environmental benefits. The total construction time for our prefabricated timber buildings is usually between 5 and 7 months. This means that it is possible to have a home within 12 months of signing the contract to purchase the land.”
The company manufactures the timber buildings made of certified panels in its own factory under constant climatic conditions. As a result, the houses are characterised by high quality construction. Ecological wood construction is not only renewable and environmentally friendly, but also has excellent thermal insulation properties. The new diffusion-open technology of the exterior panels contributes to a healthy indoor climate, which is also suitable for allergy sufferers.
The developer has also kept in mind the current requirements for energy efficiency. The building permit for the house includes, among other things, a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the house with the possibility of storing energy in a battery and heating water and an air-to-air heat pump, which will contribute to partial energy self-sufficiency.
The rapidly developing village, consisting of the parts of Vrksmaň and Zaječice, is characterised by a quiet and family atmosphere. It is located only 10 km from Chomutov and 17 km from Most, which is served by a regular bus service. However, the closest is the neighbouring Jirkov, where there are all civic amenities (post office, municipal office, grocery store, primary and kindergarten, etc.) and it takes only 5 minutes by car or bus. In the future, transport will be accelerated by a new bus stop right next to the project.
There is no shortage of sports facilities in the immediate vicinity (e.g. cycling paths, sports complex or gym), or places to go for a walk or hike. Nearby are two water reservoirs providing opportunities for sport fishing. Pleasant moments in nature can be spent in the vicinity of Most, Matylda and Benedikt lakes near Most. A recreation area with benches and a children’s playground will be built right in the area. A leisure programme is also provided by the Cultural House in Vrskman.
