Real estate developer AFI Europe has built the first two residential blocks of the AFI Home North project. The company announced in the fall of 2021 the entry into the segment of apartments for rent with the acquisition of the two plots of land with a total area of 10,000 sqm.
AFI Home North will have apartments exclusively for rent. The first two blocks, A and C, with 244 homes, are being erected and should be completed in the first quarter of next year. Another block, B, will be built and in total, the project will have 450 homes.
The total estimated rental income, if the apartments in the two buildings erected are all rented, is EUR 3.5 million.
