The construction company Concas from Buzău, controlled by the Gagu and Ghiveci families, proposed to increase its revenues by over 30 percent in 2024 compared to last year, betting on the residential market.
The company is also active as a housing developer, having in its portfolio residential projects in Buzău, in the Orizont neighborhood and in the Parcul Tineretului area. “We will complete the Orizont neighborhood, 1,200 residential units, and we will start a new real estate complex, Victoria Lac, with 134 apartments with two and three rooms” say the company’s representatives.
The Concas plans come in the context in which the city of Buzău, located on the route of the future highway 7 to Moldova, has started to attract more investments recently, precisely through the prism of this infrastructure project.
