PSN has completed the reconstruction of an Art Nouveau house in Prague 7, which was transformed into the 18-unit project Bydlení Na Výšinách. Currently, only the last three units remain to be purchased. Almost all of them have a balcony or a front garden. The new residents, who have been moving in since the end of last year, can also make full use of the renovated common courtyard with a wheelhouse.
The sensitive reconstruction of the six-storey apartment building in Na Výšinách Street has given rise to 16 modern flats and 2 non-residential units with layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk and sizes from 23 to 109 m2. For the most demanding ones, luxury duplexes in the White Wall standard were built on the upper floors, which the new owners can furnish according to their own ideas. Of course, there are also cellars, a bike room and a quiet courtyard.
Thanks to the ingenious design, new balconies could be created in all apartments towards the courtyard. During the renovation, emphasis was placed on preserving the original historical elements, such as the artisan fittings on the windows and the coffered entrance doors. The interiors are then equipped not only with high-quality furnishings, but also with wooden parquet floors or replicas of the original windows with insulating glass.
“In the project Bydlení Na Výšinách we wanted to combine the unique genius loci of a beautiful Art Nouveau building from the early 20th century with the practical level and requirements of modern living. There was a great interest in comfortable and well-lit apartments with high standards, also thanks to the attractive location of the Bubeneč district of Prague. City life with everything to hand, but not far from nature, attracted singles and couples as well as families with children. Therefore, we now have only the last few units available,” says Štěpán Smrčka, PSN’s development director.
Na Výšinách housing will offer future residents all amenities and excellent transport accessibility. Within walking distance there is a wide range of sports and cultural activities, as well as a number of restaurants, cafés, clubs and shopping opportunities. In just a few minutes you can walk to the stops of several tram lines, from where you can quickly reach the metro A – Hradčanská or metro C – Vltavská. The Holešovice train station is also easily accessible. In close proximity are some of the largest parks in Prague, Letenská pláň and Stromovka, where you can go for passive and active relaxation in the green.
