In Regensburg, the integrated logistics real estate consultant Logivest has brokered almost 3,100 square metres of warehouse space and around 500 square metres of office space as well as 2,900 square metres of outdoor storage and manoeuvring space to the logistics company Schützenmeier Immobilien-Logistik-Automobile. The landlord of the property at Burgweintinger Strasse 31 is Mileway, Europe’s leading property company for last-mile logistics.
Schützenmeier Immobilien-Logistik-Automobile is on course for expansion. In order to create capacity for additional services and to expand its cooperation business, the Europe-wide logistics service provider was looking for additional warehouse space in Regensburg. The property offered by Logivest is located in GVZ Süd 2 and in the immediate vicinity of the company headquarters. A suspended ceiling has been installed to optimise the use of the hall height. Loading and unloading is possible from two sides via a fixed ramp and docking ramps for vans and lorries. The yard area of around 2,900 square metres is ideal for outdoor storage and offers sufficient space for manoeuvring. However, the property also scores points for its location, as the warehouse is situated directly on the B15 federal road and the A3 motorway. In addition, the eastern harbour can be reached in around eight minutes and the Regensburg customs office is also in the immediate vicinity – an advantage when goods arrive from overseas.
