Grunman Energy’s shareholder, Pavăl Holding, has carried out a significant capital increase, adding RON 53 million, more than EUR 10 million to Grunman Energy’s capital, practically tripling the company’s capital. Thus, after increasing the capital through the exclusive contribution of Pavăl Holding, the share capital of Grunman Energy reached RON 79.6 million.
Pavăl Holding, the group of the Pavăl brothers, owners of the Dedeman chain of stores, set up Grunman Energy in 2022, a company whose aim is to produce electricity through photovoltaic plants installed on the roofs of the Dedeman chain’s buildings. When it emerged, there were already PV installations on the roofs of seven Dedeman logistics centres across the country, following a partnership between Dedeman and local firm Simtel Team, which monetises PV plants at Dedeman logistics centres and stores.
