In just 60 days since the launch of the High Garden East project, more than 30 percent of the apartments in the first phase of the development have been sold. The construction of High Garden East began in November 2023 and has 522 units in the first phase, with a delivery deadline of December 2024. In total, the project will have 750 homes, and the completion date of the complex is May 2025. The total investment of High Garden East amounts to EUR 40 million.
The High Garden East residential complex is located in the Doamna Ghica area of the Capital and is being developed by the company Excelsior Construct & Development, a company whose sole shareholder is Petre Niculae.
“The Doamna Ghica area, where the High Garden East complex is located, is an extremely interesting one for new residential developments, an area with a lot of potential for a very good quality of living, having a lower density, with many facilities and easy access to infrastructure public transport and to all important areas of Bucharest. I want to deliver through this new project high-quality housing, as I have continuously done in the more than 30 years of activity in the real estate market,” says Petre Niculae, founder of Excelsior Construct & Development.
The builder of the complex is the construction company Pedro Construct, and the sales of the project are handled exclusively by the real estate consulting firm North Bucharest Investments.
