Prospecțiuni SA, indirectly controlled by businessman Ovidiu Tender, has initiated a residential project, with a potential of about 300 apartments, on the site of its workshops and garages near Petrom City. The company owns right next to OMV Petrom’s headquarters in Străulești a plot of land with an area of about 10,000 sqm, where Prospecțiuni SA’s car workshops and garages are located.
Prospecțiuni SA is now planning to dismantle the existing buildings and build a residential complex with 4 buildings of 4 floors each, plus a technical floor and a ground floor dedicated to services.
“There is a thought, for the distant future, of relocating the workshops. An action has been initiated in this regard, but it is not known if and when it will be implemented. In the past there was a Detailed Urban Plan (PUD) for offices that did not materialize,” said Ovidiu Tender.
