From 1 January 2024, the Ombudsman for Patients’ Rights has been operating in Warsaw at a new address. The institution decided to relocate and finally took over the entire office building at 11/13 Plocka Street in Wola. The location is well connected in the urban structure – it is right above the M2 “Płocka” line station and next to tram and bus stops. Facilitating access and access for patients was a priority for the institution.
Avison Young’s Office Agency team supported the negotiation process between the new tenant and the building’s owner, Dantex. The total space currently occupied by the Patient Ombudsman is approximately 2,600 sqm.
“State institutions are demanding tenants,” comments Dominik Pawlak, Director, Office Agency at Avison Young, “they have their specific requirements and needs. For the Patient Ombudsman, the huge advantage of the new premises is that they are the sole tenant of the building, which provides greater comfort and security for the work they do.”
