Panattoni continues its cooperation with LPP Logistics. The logistics operator from the LPP Group, the largest fashion company in the CE region, has renewed its lease agreement for 31,800 sqm at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The owner of such brands as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay supplies stationary stores in Central Europe from the facility.

The LPP Group currently operates in 39 countries and has more than 2,000 stationary stores. International expansion requires efficient logistics facilities, which Panattoni turns out to be an excellent partner in providing. The developer has completed investments of more than 165,000 sqm for LPP Logistics. In the last 15 months, it has commissioned two fulfillment center facilities for the company to handle e-commerce orders – nearly 70,000 sqm in Jasionka near Rzeszów and over 64,000 sqm in Pruszcz Gdański.

The Tri-City region plays an important role in the cooperation between the two companies. This is where the cooperation began, and in addition to the facility in Pruszcz Gdański, LPP Logistics also leases 31,800 sqm within Panattoni Park Gdańsk III. The lease agreement for the latter space was extended at the turn of November and December last year. The facility currently serves as a distribution center, supporting the operation of stationary stores in Central European markets, including the Polish market. Along with the contract extension, LPP Logistics has begun work on implementing automation to streamline logistics processes at the facility. Their degree of sophistication will be adjusted to the company’s operational needs and the warehouse space.

“For LPP, the Tri-City is a special location – this is where the company originated and where its headquarters are located. Being a key partner in such an important region, we feel part of the history that has led the Group to a leadership position in Central Europe. We are pleased that LPP appreciates our prowess in realizations for the fashion industry and continues its lease at Panattoni Park Gdańsk III,” says Martyna Sochaczewska, Leasing Director at Panattoni – “When we signed the first lease with LPP in Gdańsk – for 16,000 sqm. – it was one of the largest transactions in Pomerania. Today we have more than 600,000 sqm in the Tri-City region, of which we have completed about 100,000 sqm for this client,” Sochaczewska adds.

“Thanks to our long-standing cooperation with Panattoni, we are successfully implementing the assumptions of the LPP Group’s omnichannel strategy and maintaining fluidity in the flow of goods in the supply chain. The facility in Panattoni Park Gdańsk III relieves our distribution centers in Pruszcz Gdański and Brześć Kujawski, making it even more efficient for us to supply stores in the Central European region,” comments Sebastian Sołtys, president of LPP Logistics.

An important advantage of Panattoni Park Gdańsk III, which motivated us to extend the lease agreement, was the investment’s excellent location, very important in the context of serving both the domestic market and several European ones. The complex is located 10 kilometers from the center of Gdansk and just 15 kilometers from the constantly growing Port of Gdańsk, where 41.2 million tons of goods were handled in the first half of 2023 – 36 percent more than in the same period of 2022. In addition, LPP gains an excellent connection to the S6 road, which will eventually connect the entire coast – from the northwestern border to the Tri-City. As part of the facility, the company also benefits from energy-saving solutions, such as a dynamic control system.
