Mirbud, PG Dutch Holding I BV and Marywilska 44 Sp. z o.o. have applied to the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) for permission to form a joint venture to build a warehouse and logistics facility, the Office said.
PG Dutch, Mirbud and Marywilska intend to carry out a joint project in the real estate sector, consisting in the construction of a warehouse-logistics facility, the area of which will be leased to third parties, it was announced.
The application was received on 29 December 2023.
PG Dutch is part of the Panattoni Group, which provides development services related to industrial, warehouse and office facilities. The Panattoni Group is present on the industrial (warehouse) rental market in various regions of Poland, as well as on the property management and development services market.
Marywilska and Mirbud belong to the Mirbud Group, which is active in the provision of construction and assembly services, property development activities, and commercial property rental activities.
Mirbud operates primarily as a general contractor or general contractor in all segments of construction. Since 2008, the company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange; it is part of the sWIG80 index. In 2022, it had PLN 3,319 million in consolidated revenues.
