ATAL has launched a prestigious residential project in Łódź called Ogrody Geyera Apartamenty. The multi-phase project is being developed on the west side of Łódź’s most famous street, Piotrkowska, in a unique historical location. The design of the estate, for which the ATAL team of architects was responsible, refers to the industrial traditions of the city. The sale of 121 flats and 4 commercial premises of the first segment, which is part of the first stage, has already started.
This part of the project will comprise three modern segments with both flats and commercial premises. The buildings will have between 4 and 7 overground storeys. They are planned to contain 397 flats with varied layouts (from 1 to 5 rooms) and sizes (from 28 to 110 sqm). There will be commercial premises on the ground floor.
The flats are available in a price range of PLN 9,400 to PLN 14,000 per square metre in development condition. However, for an additional charge (from as little as PLN 999 per square metre), clients can have their flats finished on a turnkey basis using one of the three options of the ATAL Design finishing package.
The aesthetics of the investment will refer to the post-industrial character of the area. The elevations, finished with clinker tiles in the colour of natural brick and plaster in shades of grey, will fit in perfectly with the post-industrial style of the surroundings.
This project is a fascinating journey back in time – all the way to the 19th century, when the clatter of textile machines set the rhythm of the day. It was here, under the wing of the entrepreneur and visionary Ludwik Geye-er, that Łódź began to flourish: industrially and culturally. Today, this post-industrial space is being reborn. In its heart, Geyer’s Gardens Apartments are being built, which – just like the former visionary – will create a special place for Łódź residents to live and develop: full of unique character and class.
This is an investment of particular importance to us, not least because of its location, scale and prominence. The large acreage on which the Geyer Gardens Apartments will be built allows us to carry out a modern project with panache, which will give this historically important area a new, residential character. For ATAL, Łódź is a very attractive investment city. Since 2007, i.e. the beginning of our activity on this market, we have built almost 5,000 flats here. Mostly by undertaking multi-stage projects, which are the beginnings of new neighbourhoods, as in the case of the New City Polesie investment; or transforming existing ones, as exemplified by the Drewnowska 43 Apartments in Bałuty – says Angelika Kliś, a member of the management board of ATAL S.A.
Ogrody Geyera Apartments are being built on the west side of the street – Piotrkowska Street. Surrounded by Wólczańska, Czerwona and Sieradzka Streets, they will allow residents to enjoy the historical and cultural neighbourhood and at the same time benefit from the full possibilities of the modern metropolis. The strategic location will make it possible to move freely around Łódź not only on foot and by car, but also by public transport. Within a radius of 200 metres from the investment there are numerous bus and tram stops.
Geyer’s Gardens Apartments are both flats and an attractive living space with easy access to Łódź’s rich cultural and entertainment offer. Only a few minutes’ walk will separate residents from the city’s iconic landmarks such as the White Factory, the Łódź Urban Culture Park, the EXPO Hall or OFF Piotrkowska.
After school or work, residents will be able to enjoy moments of relaxation surrounded by greenery thanks to the proximity of Reymonta, Poniatowski or Legionów parks. These spaces are especially dedicated to those who value the balance between dynamic city life and the tranquillity of nature.
