Archicom of the Echo Investment Group has started the sale of 170 loft flats in the Fuzja project in Łódź, the company reported. The revitalisation of this phase of the project is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025.
The lofts, which are being built in the historic building of the former printing house of the post-factory complex of Karol Scheibler, are the second stage of the residential project being developed in the northern part of Fusion located on the side of Tymienieckiego Street. As part of the first stage of the project, almost a year ago, construction began on a brand new six-storey building designed within the contours of the restored historic walls of the former factory hall used as a finishing plant. A total of 160 loft flats are being created, and the building itself will be connected to the historic wall by terraces and balconies. The end of the works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2025. The second stage of the investment, which has just been launched, involves the realisation of ‘100% lofts in lofts’, i.e. the full revitalisation of the historic building of the former printing house and adapting it to its residential function. As part of the revitalisation, 170 lofts will be created here, of which 60 units have been designed in the new superstructure. The ground floor of the building will include 16 spaces with a catering and service function. The total area of the building with lofts is 12,352 m2. The revitalisation of this phase of the development is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2025, the company announced.
Fusion is the flagship project of the Echo Investment Group, where Archicom is responsible for the entire residential part. The project is being carried out in the centre of Łódź on the site of the former Karol Scheibler factory. A total of 22 buildings will be located on 8 hectares, 15 of which are historical buildings.
