A total of 19 spacious terraced houses of Rezidence Brodce near Mladá Boleslav have reached the milestone of rough construction. Interested parties can look forward to a model house in the first quarter of next year, with completion of the project expected during the summer of 2024. The exclusive sale is being handled by Luxent – Exclusive Properties.
All 19 houses within the Rezidence Brodce complex have already had windows installed and electrical, health and heating systems completed. Roofs, floors and plastering are gradually being completed in the new buildings. In some properties, the insulation system has already started. Garage doors have already been installed on the first 10 houses and landscaping will also be done.
The exclusive family houses with 4+kk or 5+kk and a usable area of 150 to 154 m2 include a terrace and a plot of land from 292 to 542 m2.
