SPEEDWELL has signed new lease contracts in the industrial-logistics segments with four companies: Soler & Palau, Le Bazar, Garage Bavaria, and Alexandris Romania. The new tenants at SpacePlus Bucharest West will occupy a total area of 1,900 sqm. In addition to storage space, Soler & Palau has leased 200 sqm of office space in the MIRO building.
“I am pleased to welcome our new tenants to the SpacePlus Bucharest West community. I am delighted to see that our new logistics concept for SMEs is recognized in the industry for the high quality it offers, and more and more companies choose to invest in modern warehouse spaces. The fact that these companies have chosen to grow their businesses in our logistics park reaffirms our belief that SpacePlus is preferred by both renowned brands as well as entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. In addition to its strategic location, which provides easy access to the ring road, SpacePlus Bucharest West tenants benefit from flexibility in configuring spaces with a modern design that prioritizes security, comfort, safety, and sustainability”, says Didier Balcaen, CEO and Co-founder of SPEEDWELL.
“We are thrilled to have identified a niche in the Romanian logistics market by addressing the storage needs of SMEs. We developed SPACEPLUS West to provide our current and future partners with the most efficient solutions according to current standards and requirements. This way, we have found new methods to meet the needs of tenants looking for flexible spaces, additional options, and modern facilities. Confidence in our projects grows with each new tenant, especially when they find solutions in our portfolio for their diverse growth needs, both in terms of office space and broader logistics requirements implemented to the highest European standards. We welcome our new partners to our community and assure them that they will have the best working environment for their employees”, says Jan Demeyere, architect, and Co-founder of SPEEDWELL.
