Hercesa Romania, part of Hercesa Internacional, announces, on the occasion of the start of sales for the last phase of Vivenda Residencias, that it has surpassed the milestone of 1,000 homes sold in Romania.
„In 2023, marked by a difficult economic context, we continued the development of Vivenda and started construction works on the first phase of Stellaris. It is a sign of our confidence in the residential market in Bucharest”, said Romeo Ghica, Operations Manager at Hercesa România.
„Although at the beginning of the year our forecasts were pessimistic, the decrease and stabilization of inflation and interest rates stimulated the purchase of apartments, which meant, for us, a sales volume of more than 30 percent above expectations and we exceeded the threshold of 1,000 apartments sold in Romania.”, added Romeo Ghica.
Hercesa Romania is currently building Block L in Vivenda, a concept with only two apartments per floor, located next to the Lidl supermarket. Block L is scheduled for completion in September 2024 and comprises 80 apartments with 3 and 4 rooms, with total usable areas ranging from 82 sqm to 115 sqm and prices starting from EUR 135,800 + VAT.
Block D, the first stage of the last phase of Vivenda Residencias, represents an investment worth more than 9 million euros, will be completed in September 2025 and will include 73 apartments out of the total of about 400 units to be developed. Construction works will start in 2024 and the completion deadline for Block D is September 2025. Two types of two-room apartments (40% of the total) and two types of three-room apartments (40% of the total), as well as four-room units, are available for sale. Prices start at €88,400 plus VAT. When all the apartments in the final phase will be delivered, the Hercesa project in eastern Bucharest will comprise 1,400 apartments.
