Bidli has launched the sale of the Bidli development project in Vrskman near Chomutov, which comprises a total of 46 plots. Those interested in living in the new neighbourhood can either purchase a separate plot for their own construction or directly take advantage of the company’s offer for a modern low-energy turnkey wooden building. All plots have a building permit for an eco-friendly 4-bedroom house in the variant of a ground-floor bungalow or a two-storey house. The new builds can be started immediately, in the case of Bidli’s prefabricated timber buildings the construction period will take only a few months after the completion of the foundation slab. By the end of this year, the developer plans to complete the network infrastructure, and the roads during the spring of 2024.
Bidli in Vrskman has a total of 46 fully prepared plots, including a building permit for the eco-friendly wooden building. On them, properties of 4+kk with a usable area of 105 sqm in a bungalow or 113.6 sqm with a residential attic can be built. However, buyers can also opt for a variant with a larger or smaller usable area.
Various options in low-energy standard
The ground-floor variants of the Dancel houses are characterised by a large French window in every room, which guarantees plenty of natural light. The centrepiece is the living room connected to the kitchen and dining room. The two-zone interior design ensures a practical separation between the busy social area and the quiet three-bedroom area. There is also a large utility room, bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet with entrance from the vestibule.
In the design of the standard storey house named Solum, emphasis was placed on the practical use of space on both floors. In the common core on the ground floor there is a living area with a U-shaped kitchenette, which provides a large work area. Plenty of privacy and tranquility is guaranteed by the placement of three bedrooms, one with its own dressing room, on the first floor. The sanitary facilities include a bathroom with toilet on the ground floor and also on the first floor. The ground floor also has a spacious room with a window, which can be used as a study or storage room.
Already as standard, the property is equipped with modern technologies, namely an air-to-air heat pump with two indoor and one outdoor unit, as well as a photovoltaic power plant with the possibility of storing surplus energy for water heating. As an extra standard, indoor heat pump units can be selected for all rooms and, in the case of photovoltaic panels, battery storage. Incorporating renewables will help reduce monthly expenses and contribute to energy self-sufficiency.
“We believe that the project will soon find future residents thanks to its qualities, which include a quiet location with a family atmosphere, energy savings and good accessibility to nearby larger cities. Moreover, it is possible to choose from several variants of houses. All plots have the great advantage that we can start building our wooden house on them right away. And since we want to accommodate those who have their own idea of an ideal home, we have decided to offer for sale also separately only netted building plots with the advantage of an issued building permit for the construction of the house,” says Roman Weiser, director of Bidli development, adding: “Of course, we understand the difficult situation of prospective buyers who are faced with high property prices and hard-to-obtain mortgages, and we would like to make it at least a little easier for them to acquire their own home. That is why we are now offering a discount of CZK 100,000 in the Bidli ve Vrskmani project if a reservation contract is concluded by 15 December 2023.”
Wood meets modern housing requirements
Bidli’s modern timber buildings are already energy-efficient and environmentally friendly as standard. At the same time, they are characterised by excellent thermal insulation properties. The company achieves fast and high-quality construction by incorporating advanced prefabrication technology. The sandwich panels are manufactured in the factory under constant climatic conditions, which increases the precision of the design. As part of new innovations, the developer has chosen a diffusion-open envelope panel composition for the prefabricated timber buildings, which allows natural vapour exchange between the exterior and interior. This prevents condensation and creates a healthy indoor climate. This is suitable for allergy sufferers, for example.
A pleasant place to live with everything you need
The first written mention of the village, which consists of Vrskmaň and Zaječice, dates back to the early 15th century. For most of its history it was part of the estate of the castles of Červený hrádek or Jezeří, but now it is becoming an increasingly popular residential location. New residents will find all amenities (e.g. school and kindergarten, post office, municipal office, grocery store, doctor, etc.) in the neighbouring town of Jirkov, which can be reached by bus or car in just 5 minutes. In the future, public transport connections will be made even easier by a new bus stop that will be built next to the site. Nearby larger towns such as Most and Chomutov can be easily reached in a few minutes by car.
There is no shortage of activities for the little ones in the vicinity of the new project thanks to the local playground.
