Hercesa Romania, part of Hercesa Internacional, announces that the company sold over 30% of the 129 apartments in the first building in Phase 1 of Stellaris Residencias, the project that the company is developing in Sector 6 of Bucharest, near Steaua Stadium.
“We are progressing according to schedule with the construction works that we started in June this year and we have reached 25% with the execution of the structural frame of the project’s first building”, said Romeo Ghica, Operations Manager at Hercesa Romania. „In recent months, when bank interest rates have stabilised and inflation has fallen to single-digit levels, we have seen an increased appetite for purchases among apartment buyers. The highest demand is for three-room apartments, followed by two- and four-room, and 90% of this demand is coming from end-users,” added Romeo Ghica.
Stellaris Residencias, the second large-scale residential project developed by Hercesa Romania in Bucharest, after Vivenda Residencias, is aimed at the middle segment of the residential market and will comprise a total of 4,500 apartments. The first phase of Stellaris Residencias involves an investment of €59 million, will be built in four phases, will comprise 482 apartments and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2024.
“During this period, we offer our clients the opportunity to benefit from the advice and assistance of the architects who designed Stellaris Residencias in terms of the partitioning and layout of the apartments, within certain limits determined by the construction solution. In addition, the finishes of the apartments can be customised during a visit to the showroom at no extra cost, depending on the options available,” explained Cornel Itu, Sales Director at Hercesa Romania.
The apartments in the first phase of Stellaris Residencias have generous terraces, underground parking, underfloor heating, individual central heating, pre-installed air conditioning in the living room.
Located in an area with easy access to public transport (tram 41, metro Parc Drumul Taberei), parks, educational facilities and shopping centres, the first phase of Stellaris Residencias will benefit from facilities such as 3,000 square metres of green spaces, basketball courts, relaxation areas and children’s playgrounds, all exclusively for residents. In addition, the project includes the construction of road and educational infrastructure: 2.7 kilometres of streets, a kindergarten and a school for grades I to VIII.
