23 October 2023

The Centre for EU Transport Projects (CEUTP) has extended its lease agreement with CA Im-mo for office space in one of the most recognizable and sought-after office buildings in Warsaw. The company occupies 4 000 sqm on three floors in the Warsaw Spire C building, located near Plac Europejski, in the vicinity of Rondo Daszyńskiego. CBRE, the advisory firm, supported the tenant during the renegotiation process. CEUPT is another entity that feels comfortable in the excellently located property and has decided to stay for the next few years. The building’s owner ensures that over time, Spire C continues to meet the highest standards in terms of technological solutions that cater to changing expectations regarding comfort and sustainable development.
Playing an important role in providing comprehensive support to companies in the preparation and implementation of projects financed by European Funds and the European Union’s “Connecting Europe” (CEF) financial instrument, The Centre for EU Transport Projects, located in Warsaw Spire C, has had its headquarters since 2015.

Our employees bear a significant responsibility for adequately supporting companies in obtaining and efficiently utilizing EU funds for transport projects. In Warsaw Spire C, we have created an optimal working environment that meets their needs. The location right next to a major urban transportation hub, Rondo Daszyńskiego, in a significant business center is also one of the reasons why we decided to stay here for the long term”,

Warsaw Spire C is part of the Warsaw Spire complex, which was selected as the best office and business development project at the MIPIM Awards in 2017. The property offers 21,400 square meters of GLA, of which 96% is office space, with the rest being retail areas and logistical facilities. It also provides 263 parking spaces in an underground parking garage. The portfolio of the Polish company CA Immo also includes the twin building of the complex, Warsaw Spire B. The property is located in a significant business hub in Warsaw, near Rondo Daszyńskiego in Wola.

“We are committed to building lasting relationships with tenants in our portfolio of buildings, and the example of Warsaw Spire C demonstrates our effectiveness in this regard. Of course, the location in a significant business hub of the capital is a tremendous advantage of this complex. However, it is through our continuous efforts related to the highest level of building management and adaptations to new market realities that we can confidently compete with the newest facilities in this area,” said Dawid Wątorski, Senior Leasing Manager at CA Immo Poland

CA Immo regularly renews the BREEAM certification for Warsaw Spire C – in 2022, the building achieved an In-Use certificate at an Excellent level.

Specializing in high-quality office assets, CA Immo focuses on improving the quality of buildings and ESG standards to ensure their long-term competitiveness. They are also pioneers in the Polish market when it comes to incorporating elements of sustainable building use and management into lease agreements – these are known as “green clauses.” These clauses encompass environmentally friendly cleaning procedures, waste segregation, energy consumption optimization, and the promotion of renewable energy sources, among other aspects.
