Cosmopolis Plaza, the largest retail park in the north of the capital, opens on October 22. The 20,000 sqm park brings 40 new shops, international brands and generous display spaces. With a EUR 20 million investment by Opus Land Development, Cosmopolis Plaza has increased five times its original size and aims to become a main point for shopping, relaxation and entertainment.

The number of residents in Cosmopolis and in the northern part of the capital has increased considerably during this period, and this was the main argument that led us to make the decision to increase the offer of shops in the area.
