The food retailer Kaufland Romania opens a new hypermarket in Alba Iulia and thus reaches the threshold of 170 stores nationwide. This is Kaufland’s second hypermarket in the city and will generate more than 60 new jobs.
Located at 78 Tudor Vladimirescu Street, the new hypermarket is built on a total area of 6,200 sqm, of which 3,400 sqm are allocated to sales space.
On the occasion of the inauguration, between 19 and 22 October, the store’s car park will host the Bavarienfest, where the inhabitants of Alba Iulia are invited to enjoy traditional German dishes and music.
