The Spartan restaurant chain has opened a new restaurant, number 71, in Carolina Mall in Alba Iulia. Ciprian Nicolas, a Spartan partner, is now in his fifth restaurant and, in five years since taking over the franchise, has reached a turnover of almost EUR 5 million.
“Given the positive feedback, but also Spartan’s business strategy – which focuses on growth and development – we opened, as a franchise partner, our third restaurant in Alba Iulia, this time in Carolina Mall. The other two are in Alba Mall and in Dedeman. I want to make the most of the potential we have available. Since I am a franchise partner of the Romanian fast food brand, we have reached five units, in which we have invested EUR 590,000, and the turnover for the period 2018 – 2022 is EUR 4.8 million,” said Ciprian Nicolas, founder of Lukfood Team.
