PHINIA, a automotive industry manufacturer of first assembly (OE) fuel systems and owner of brands offering aftermarket solutions — has joined Oxygen Park as a tenant. The company has leased 500 sqm of modern space in the Warsaw office complex, owned by Golden Star Group.
PHINIA, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA, is an independent supplier of fuel systems and premium aftermarket solutions and components. With more than 100 years of manufacturing experience and industry connections, the company’s portfolio includes brands such as Delphi, Delco Remy® and Hartridge. PHINIA continually strives for more sustainable growth and uses the most advanced technologies to explore new opportunities. The company is focused on developing systems, products and solutions for a carbon-free tomorrow. PHINIA has 12,900 employees at 44 locations in 20 countries.
Delphi, a brand owned by PHINIA Inc. whose representatives will occupy the new office, is a leader in the global aftermarket. It builds its strength through a broad aftermarket parts portfolio, first-to-market innovations and intelligent workshop solutions, providing support to the auto mechanics of today and tomorrow. Delphi’s goal is to develop solutions to make vehicles drive cleaner, better and longer over their lifetime.
“We are pleased to have secured a new tenant, PHINIA, a global leader in the automotive industry. This transaction is not only a prestigious reference for us, but also a confirmation that at Golden Star Group we are committed to investing in first-class office facilities that meet global standards and the requirements of the most demanding tenants. We are confident that we will provide PHINIA with exceptional working conditions, and that the new headquarters will become the company’s showcase and will be enjoyed by the entire team for many years to come,” said Antonio Pomes, Head of Asset Management at Golden Star Group.
“The trust from such a prestigious organization is a confirmation of the numerous advantages of the Oxygen Park office complex, and for our team it is additionally an excellent motivation to work even harder and offer more solutions to meet the expectations of our tenants,” added Katarzyna Marciniak, Asset Operational Manager at Golden Star Group.
The new PHINIA office at Oxygen Park will be arranged in 500 sqm of modern office space, which is located on the 5th floor of Building B. The lease, which was negotiated by the consulting firm Colliers, was signed for 5 years.
“The transaction proves that even in an era of rising costs and indexation, a tenant can count on a great office in a convenient location and on attractive terms. The choice of Oxygen Park was determined, among other things, by the high quality of the building, good communication, its location in the south of Warsaw and the above-average flexibility of the landlord in terms of the number of parking spaces. All this creates favorable conditions for the company’s dynamic development,” commented Natalia Puza, Senior Associate in the Office Space Department at Colliers.
Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located directly on Jerozolimskie Avenue, in the business area of Warsaw. The project consists of two six-story buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm. The fully glazed facade of the buildings provides maximum daylight, while opening windows allow ventilation of the premises with fresh air. The layout of each floor allows flexible office solutions tailored to the needs of even the most demanding tenants. The pro-environmental solutions applied in the complex have been confirmed by the BREEAM certificate at the “Very Good” level.
