Stripe, an Irish-American fintech, has contracted 1,000 sqm of office space in The One co-working centre in the One Cotroceni Park project, where about 100 people will be able to work. The Americans from Ford also have offices in the same project – but with a service division.
The One concept, owned by a group of four investors, including Ionuț Dumitrescu, founder of Element Industrial and shareholder in One United, is intended to be a different kind of coworking concept, a place where people can work or spend their free time and has two offices set up, one in One Tower in Floreasca and a second in One Cotroceni Park.
