“We have had a quarter with the highest sales in the company’s history. We are successively increasing our market share and strengthening our position among the leading developers. For several months we have been observing a definite improvement in the residential real estate market. Undoubtedly, the “Safe Credit 2%” program is a factor supporting demand, while we are also seeing the return to sales offices of the remaining credit-supported customers and high ac-tivity of cash customers. Our main priority for the fourth quarter is handovers and working on projects that will expand the offer at the turn of the year,” says Andrzej Oślizło, CEO of Develia.

In Q3 2023, the largest number of apartments found buyers in the projects Aleje Praskie and Krakowska Vita in Warsaw, Orawska in Wroclaw and Ceglana Park in Katowice.

In July-September 2023. Develia handed over 632 units compared to 420 in the same period last year. Since the beginning of the year, the developer has handed over 1,298 units compared to 626 in the same period of 2022, an increase of 107%. According to the project schedule, the accumulation of handovers will take place in the fourth quarter of this year, which will have a positive impact on Develia’s 2023 results.

In July this year, Develia acquired 100% of the Polish subsidiaries of Nexity, a French real estate development company.
