development project, the modern industrial park Good Point V, located near Warsaw, in the town of Łubna. The delivery date for the 8500 sqm of warehouse space and 500 sqm of office space is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.
Good Point V will consist of four modern buildings covering a total of 45,000 sqm of leasable space. The facilities have been designed in accordance with ESG standards and certification in the BREEAM system, at the Excellent level.
The park will be located in Łubna, in the immediate vicinity of national road No. 79, guaranteeing a quick connection to Warsaw (via Pulawska street) and the transportation hub in Góra Kalwaria. The entire project is scheduled for completion in Q4 2024.
The new tenant of space at Good Point V is Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of Poland’s leading cosmetics manufacturers and owner of Dr Irena Eris, Pharmaceris, Emotopic, Lirene and Under Twenty brands, recognized both in Poland and internationally.
The agreement between the Real Management S.A. holding company, owner of the Good Point V industrial park, and Dr Irena Eris is a long-term one.
