Dekpol Budownictwo, a subsidiary of Dekpol, has agreed with 7R the key terms and conditions of a contract for the performance as general contractor of construction works covering the construction of two warehouse and production halls with social and office facilities together with the accompanying infrastructure in Swarożyno, Tczew municipality, Dekpol reported. Completion of the first hall, with an area of approximately 44,000 sqm, is expected to take place in Q1 2024, while the construction of the second hall, with an area of 13,000 sqm, is optional and its completion will take place within 7 months from the date of calling for completion. The value of the net remuneration for the completion of the investment was set at approximately 8% of Dekpol Group’s sales revenue for 2022, of which the second hall is responsible for approximately 21% of the contract value (converted at today’s euro exchange rate).
Dekpol is based on three main segments: general contracting services, production of buckets and attachments for construction machinery and property development activities. The company’s shares have been listed on the WSE since 2015. In 2022, it had PLN 1,386.85 million in consolidated revenues.
