The luxury project Harrachov Peaks in the Giant Mountains resort of Harrachov has reached its final approval. A total of 16 design apartments in the highest standards have been built here, which the new owners can take over from the summer. Those interested in a second home in nature and a profitable investment in real estate can look forward to the introduction of a model unit in the autumn. The chamber development project Harrachov Peaks with 16 modern apartments with layouts ranging from 1 + kk to 4 + kk and a usable area of 52 to 156 m² has been completed. Each of them has a terrace or balcony. Of course, there is a high standard of equipment, such as oak floors, quality ceramics and bathroom sanitary ware, wood-aluminium windows with triple glazing, underfloor heating or heat recovery. Maximum energy comfort in the apartment house will bring its own gas boiler room, underfloor heating units and recuperation units. The project also has preparations for a photovoltaic power plant. Future residents can also look forward to a private spa with sauna and jacuzzi. They can also use a 40 m² fitness room with a gym. A children’s playground or places for neighbourhood gatherings around the fire offer pleasant outdoor activities.
The apartment house in Harrachov, whose design is based on traditional architecture emphasising the character of the original cottages, is covered with gabled roofs. The pleasant mountain character is given by the cladding of the facade with thermo pine and stone bands of Balkan granite.
“In the Harrachov Peaks project, the last minor finishing touches are now being carried out after the approval, and at the same time we are preparing the handover of the sold units and inspections of client changes. The garden landscaping around the house is also already known,” describes real estate agent Šárka Tichá from Luxent – Exclusive Properties and adds: “Tours of available apartments are possible at any time by appointment. In addition, clients are now waiting for a bonus action for furnishing the apartment worth up to CZK 700,000 depending on the type of unit, which is valid until the end of this year. In the autumn, we are planning an open day where it will be possible to get more information about possible investment appreciation. At the same time, it will be an opportunity to see the upcoming original model apartment with your own eyes, as well as the sports and relaxation facilities of the project and its beautiful surroundings.”
A second home in the Krkonoše Mountains with investment potential
