The state has started the operation to transform the Favorit cinema in the Bucharest Drumul Taberei neighborhood into an European Cultural Center, a contract blocked for 6 years due to bureaucratic misunderstandings.
Aedificia Carpati has now won the auction organized for the execution of the rest of the works at the investment objective, and the contract was awarded for the amount of RON 98.99 million, excluding VAT.
The works will be completed in two years. The building resulting from the consolidation, expansion and modernization will represent a landmark both at the area and at the urban level.
