The value of household housing loans amounted to PLN 445.37bn in June 2023, down 1.2% m/m and 9.9% y/y, according to data from the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
The value of PLN housing loans amounted to PLN 390.36bn in June (+0.2% m/m, -3.6% y/y), franc loans amounted to PLN 37.87bn (-12.6% m/m, -45.2% y/y), and loans in other currencies amounted to PLN 17.15bn (-4% m/m, -15% y/y).
Bank consumer loans to households amounted to PLN 169.81 billion in June (+0.3% m/m, -0.6% y/y).
Total loans to households amounted to PLN 722.33 billion in June (-0.7% m/m, -7.4% y/y).
