The Impact developer has the authorization for the construction of the Greenfield Copou residential project, located on Copou Hill in Iasi. The complex will be built on a plot of over 50,000 sqm and will have 1,062 apartments located in 26 low-rise buildings, a maximum of five floors and two basements. In addition, Impact will provide 1,083 underground and above-ground parking spaces, over 15,000 sqm of parks and green spaces, kindergarten, after-school, but also an area of 3,000 sqm of commercial spaces and services, a wellness center with fitness room, swimming pool and SPA.
The entire development has been designed to nZEB and BREEAM Excellent quality and sustainability standards. The project has an estimated market value of EUR 175 million.
