The Negoiță family, of the mayor of Sector 3 of the capital, has started the construction of a new major residential project, in the Policolor area in the east of Bucharest, where most of its real estate investments are concentrated. Before 1989, a brick factory operated on this land.
The new project, called Hils Pallady 45, takes place on a plot of land with an area of about 28,000 sqm, bought 3-4 years ago.
“The project is authorized and work has started. The land is divided into three lots. One lot will have three 10-storey blocks and the other two two blocks each. They are modules with two basement parking spaces and a half-level. There will be, in total, 1,200 apartments. The first three blocks of the first stage of development will be delivered in the summer of 2025. After that, the others will begin. The whole complex should be ready in 2026,” declared Ionuț Negoiță.
The development value of this project is estimated at EUR 60-65 million.
