CPI Property Group owner of commercial property in the Czech Republic, Berlin and the CEE region, summarised the first half of the year in office leasing on the Polish market. The very good results testify of an excellently selected and located portfolio, as well as the effectiveness of the owner-management model.
In the first half of 2023, the Leasing Office team led by Karol Kline signed 61 commercialisation and recommercialisation agreements for a total area of almost 45,000 sqm.
Twenty-seven agreements were signed with new tenants, which translates into 16,700 sq m of leased space. Offices in Warsaw Financial Centre, Eurocentrum Office Complex and the Atrium Centrum and Atrium Plaza buildings attracted the most interest. Thirty-four tenants renewed their contracts for further years. The total area of prolongations amounted to 28,000 sq m. The largest amount of negotiable space will remain among existing tenants
in the prestigious myhive Warsaw Spire – 10,400 sq m, in one of the greenest office buildings in Warsaw, located on Jerozolimskie Avenue near the West Railway Station, Eurocentrum Office Complex – 8,300 sq m and in the intimate office building Green Corner A located on Chłodna Street – 5,300 sq m.
“I am extremely pleased with the results of the leasing team. This is a very good result. Our buildings, and we have 24 of them in our portfolio, are unflaggingly popular due to their location and the quality of the services offered. As a result, we can offer any space to tenants from any industry and to companies of any size. Tenants appreciate our management model, our ability to respond immediately to their needs. Our asset is also the ESG strategy defined for each office building and successively implemented,” comments Karol Klin, Head of Leasing Office at CPI Property Group Poland.
CPI Property Group currently manages 24 office buildings in Warsaw, with a total area of over 560,000 sq m and a value in excess of EUR 1.7 billion.
