The first hall of P3’s newly built industrial park in Myslinka near Pilsen already has its tenants. ALLLOG Consulting and ICOM transport a.s. leased space totalling 3,500 m2 and 6,156 m2.
Aleš Zacha, Head of Development at P3 Logistic Parks Czech Republic, says: “The Pilsen region is an attractive location for industrial development. We were so convinced we would find suitable customers for this new location that we started construction speculatively, without having a confirmed tenant at the time”
One of the first confirmed tenants in P3 Plzeň Myslinka is ALLLOG Consulting. In the new park, the consulting company leased 6,200 m2 mostly for their clients from the automotive sector. Zdeněk Dydek, CEO of ALLLOG Consulting explains: “We offer our customers the highest level of services, not only in the area of warehousing. We also provide short-term leases for our clients, helping them to cover periods of material overflow or the start-ups of new projects. In the near future, we will be able to offer our customers a capacity of up to 12,500 pallets in Myslinka Park.”
The Czech transport operator ICOM transport a.s. is also moving into the industrial park outside Pilsen, having leased 3,500 m2 there. Tomáš Cafourek, director of the Jihlava division at ICOM transport a.s. adds: “The offer of space in P3 Plzeň Myslinka, support from Knight Frank and a quick agreement all helped us to start operations in a fairly short time. All this after less than two months from the first contact, I think this shows the high professionalism of all three participants.”
P3 responded to the high demand in the area by developing a park near the village of Myslinka. A total of five halls with a total leasable area of almost 64,000 m2 are planned here. Units ranging from 3,500 m2 to 30,000 m2 will be available to potential tenants. In the first phase, two halls of 7,000 m2 and 9,600 m2 were built.
All halls meet the high standard of BREEAM Excellent certification. Insulated bridges, high quality insulation and the use of LED lighting represent savings on energy, and the use of more sustainable building materials and planting of greenery respecting the local species composition also fulfills the environmentally friendly approach.
