Electroalfa launches the construction and sales of the first phase of Alfa Park Residence in Botoșani, a residential complex with 900 apartments and houses, a park and relaxation area totaling over 5 ha and multiple facilities such as: school, kindergarten, medical clinic, hall and grounds of sports, cafe and restaurant. The investment in the first phase of the project is estimated at EUR 17 million, and the total investment of the whole complex is estimated at over EUR 100 million. Upon completion, the entire residential complex will cover approximately 12 hectares.

The sales of the project are carried out by the real estate consulting company The Concept.
