One United has more than 3,000 apartments in various stages of development and another 5,000 apartments licensed, plus a number of plots for projects that will take place over the next 10 years.
The new projects also include an educational component. The presence of a school or at least a kindergarten is very important in the case of new real estate projects in the Capital, especially in the case of increasingly congested traffic and an undersized public transport and without too many single lanes for buses.
One United will invest in the construction of two schools in the area of the Tei and Plumbuita lakes in sector 2 of the Capital. The first educational unit will be located within the One Lake District development, while the second school will be located between the One Lake Club and One High District developments. The investment for the construction of the two educational units amounts to approximately EUR 6 million.
