Consulting firm Olesinski & Wspólnicy has chosen office space in the renovated Renoma for its new Wroclaw headquarters. The lawyers and consultants will set up their approximately 2,200-square-meter office on the second floor of the iconic building in the capital of Lower Silesia.
The expanding team of one of Poland’s largest legal and tax advisory firms needed new office space in Wroclaw.
Renoma’s remarkable history, its modernist architecture, superbly designed spaces, availability of retail, services and catering, and excellent location meant that Renoma’s tenants will expand to include Olesiński i Wspólnicy. Modern, functional offices, illuminated by natural light, are one of the distinguishing features that attract further tenants.
The cooperation that resulted in the lease signed with such a recognizable partner is proof that Renoma remarkably combines many unique functions and advantages. Our decision to remodel and metamorphose the building, turned out to be a bull’s eye, as the group of tenants is constantly growing, and we can offer such unique office space, which is hard to find anywhere else in Wroclaw. We have created offices of the highest working comfort, and in the autumn we will make available a gastronomic and cultural space, unique in Wrocław, ideal for business meetings or spending time after work. New Renoma will also offer an even richer retail and service offer complemented by unique premium fashion brands,” says Magdalena Śnieżek, Senior Asset Management & Leasing Manager, Globalworth Poland.
The new office in Renoma will be used by the entire OW Group, which has been supporting businesses with legal, tax, analytical and accounting projects for 18 years. It is primarily Olesinski & Partners, but also GOBS (accounting, HR and payroll consulting services), OW Analytics (financial analysis) and Saurus Grow (Administration). The cluster of specialists combines different, often distant competencies, creating teams that focus on specific projects, rather than exclusively narrow areas of law or tax.
The next stage of Renoma’s metamorphosis
At the end of September 2022, the first two sections of the remodeled Renoma – the northern atrium and the southern atrium, along with the entrance area from Świdnicka Street – were put into use. The original layout of the twin courtyards that were there originally was restored. Both atriums are decorated with white-gray marbles from Portugal and Turkey, gilded sculptures of famous heads modeled on those of the facade, and huge chandeliers, with their shape reminiscent of the pre-war art deco originals. The designer of the reconstruction is renowned Wroclaw architect Zbigniew Maciek and his studio.
As a result of the metamorphosis, the investor will provide Pedet, a new gastronomic and cultural zone inspired by the idea of a food hall. It will be a combination of the unique atmosphere of the historic site and unique dining concepts.
Renoma will also offer nearly 35,000 sqm of modern office space. Future office users will have at their disposal, among other things, charging stations for cars and electric scooters, which will also be made available to guests and clients, extensive bicycle infrastructure with locker rooms, showers and racks, as well as carsharing services. Tenants will also receive a dedicated Globalworth app that will allow their employees to use contactless access to the office, summon elevators via smartphone, open the barrier to the parking lot, or reserve a meeting room or parking space. Renown is also environmentally friendly, with the building boasting a BREEAM rating of Excellent, being powered by 100% green energy and WELL Health & Safety 2022 certification.
