Cosmin Savu-Cristescu will be a speaker at the 16th edition of CEDER Real Estate Conference & Exhibition to take place on 18th of May, at Radisson Blu Hotel, in Bucharest.
Cosmin Savu-Cristescu started his career 15 years ago, as a business lawyer, specializing in Real Estate and Construction, Project Development and Financing, Mergers & Acquisitions.
The long term vision on top of his expertise represents the basis of Redport Capital, a company that aims to change the standards of the real estate market in Romania and transform the areas where they build into real prosperous urban developments.
Cosmin graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest in 2001, has a law degree from the Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne University (2000) and a master’s degree in legal studies from the Franco-Romanian Institute of Business Law in Bucharest (2003). He was admitted to the Bucharest Bar in 2006.
As a Managing Director within Redport Capital, he is involved in the process of setting the overall strategy for the company, oversees all the things related to the legal aspects of ongoing projects, coordinates the acquisition of new projects and is the company’s spokesperson.
Redport Capital has so far completed The Level Apartments I and The Level Apartments II projects, with a total of 175 apartments made with an investment of 16 million euros. This year will start the construction of The Level Apartments III and IV. The latest project of Redport Capital, Infinity Nord, which was just announced with a purchase of 44,000 square meters in the Petrom City area, will represent one of the largest urban regenerations of this size in Bucharest.
