In the NUPPU project in the Ružinov district of Bratislava, another approval was given in March and the first residents can gradually move into the prepared apartments. Housing in the freshly completed Magnolia 1 stage is ideal for younger clients and young families with children. In this stage of the NUPPU project there are 95 apartments on 8 floors, only the last few apartments are available for sale, which are being sold fully furnished. What does this mean for future residents?
Apartments ready already with complete furnishings.
The last available apartments for sale are furnished “turnkey” to standard. Thanks to this, the housing is ready to move in without unnecessary worries with interior selection, transport and furniture assembly. There are 1.5-bedroom apartments with areas from 36.9 m2 and three-bedroom apartments with an area of up to 101.55 m2. There is also a 4-bedroom apartment on offer, which is offered without furnishing, but it is possible to get a furnishing bonus of up to € 10,000.
Co-working space and greenery in the park.
Also in this phase of NUPPU is a clubhouse – a lounge that will be located on the ground floor and, in addition to its social function, will also serve as a co-working space adapted for work.
A great added value of the NUPPU project is the almost two-hectare courtyard, which is the largest community space in the project and is adapted for enjoyable leisure time in nature accompanied by a variety of activity options. It is a place where there are relaxation zones whether associated with sports, pet walking, family picnics or barbecues with friends. The complex already has a small grocery store and a café in addition to a preschool. Directly in NUPPU, other benefits such as a package box, charging stations for electric cars and the public transport stop Grófska niva, which was created especially for the residential complex, are available to the residents. All other services and amenities can be found in the vicinity of the project.
