Monsson, the largest local developer of wind and solar projects, controlled by the businessman Emanuel Muntmark, buys “Casa cu Lei”, one of the historic buildings of reference in Constanta, owned by Vega Turism company.
“Our intention is to restore the historical monument and return it to its true value. At this moment, we estimate that the renovation will take about three years, of which, in the first year, we will focus on obtaining all the necessary approvals and authorizations to start the renovation works for such a historical monument, and in the next two years we will do the renovation itself,” said Andrei Muntmark, general director of Monsson Trading.
The building was built between 1895 and 1898, and in the 70s it went through a restoration process, being transformed into a restaurant, which operated until the 90s.
